Luxurious room with balcony and fabulous view

Marvellous location with snow-peaked mountains and brilliant sunshine. Only a 10-minute walk from Chateau Fort

The breakfast offered a huge variety of fabulous meals. The pool was clean, and I had refreshing drinks in the lounge bar. The location was lovely and amazing, near the mountains and Lourdes village.

The hotel is in a good location and close to many of the attractions in the area. The staff tried to be helpful but spoke very little English so this proved a barrier when trying to get meals as the menus were all in French which spoiled the dining experience so after the first meal we dined out.

Food was great and I have nothing but really really nice memories from this trip. The rooms were very nicely furnished and really well appointed, it was clean and big venue.- The hotel staff was proactive and excellent.- I loved perfect location close to the centre of Lourdes, it was in a fairly quiet area.

The staff is extremely attentive, everything is great in terms of service (they are attentive, friendly and ready to help at the slightest need. The travel bag was taken from the hands as soon as it was seen. The robe to the pool was brought within a minute). Very good breakfasts. Excellent location (city center)

The hotel itself is not new. It obviously needs a renovation. The rooms are small. There's a problem with the air conditioning. On/off at reception only. If you want to turn off the air conditioning at night, you should call reception. I had to sleep under the noise of the air conditioner because there was no one at the front desk at 23:00. Maybe we just got into a bad moment, but the overall impression of a night at the hotel is bad.

The staff here are friendly and very attentive, and the rooms are spacious, luxurious, with a great view, balcony.

The hotel was lovely and clean the staff were very helpful and very good value for the money. The parking was great as there was nowhere to park in Lourdes.

The place is in a good location just a short distance from a famous religious site, around a 15-minute drive from the airport situated on a hill, offering romantic and nicely decorated accommodations.

The hotel room was badly mained. Toilety door is borken. Room very small.

This trendy boutique hotel is a comfortable place for sightseeing and exploring Lourdes. the proactive and smart staff met our expectations.

The restaurant here is a great spot for dinner, where we enjoyed ordering some healthy dishes.

I had an exceptional stay at a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, welcoming me with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room, though historic-looking, had some older areas, but it added to the charm. The indoor adult-only pool, surrounded by mirror tiles, was quite interesting. The outdoor family pool, while small, had a beautiful outdoor area with partial views of the river. The hotel's parking was convenient, and the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.
